    Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before a booked experience is due to take place. You can cancel your booking and HiveSters will refund you 80% of the initial payment made, taking 20% as cancellation & money transfer processing fees.

    Cancellations made within 14 days before the experience date and you will not be eligible for a refund if you do not show up on the activity date.
