Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before a booked experience is due to take place. You can cancel your booking and HiveSters will refund you 80% of the initial payment made, taking 20% as cancellation & money transfer processing fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days before the experience date or those who do not show up will be not eligible for a refund.

Our Retro Wakeboarding activity is perfectly safe and supportive of non-adrenaline seekers. Many ‘ordinary’ folk have come and gone and all are mentally unscathed. So, go forth and enjoy!
