For activities that are "Booking on Request" HiveSters will confirm you the availability of activities within 24 hrs. Once confirmed, you can pay via online or transfer to our bank account.

For cancellations made at least 14 days before a booked experience is due to take place, you can cancel your booking and HiveSters will refund you 80% of the initial payment made, taking 20% as cancellation & money transfer processing fees. For cancellations made within 14 days of the experience date or for no-shows, you will be not eligible for a refund.
